These terms govern your use of Finangel ("Finangel," "we," "us"), the financial-as-a-service platform operated by Next Level Management Advisors. By using the site or joining, you agree to these terms.
1. What Finangel is — and isn't
Finangel is a proactive AI that helps you understand and run your finances, does back-office work you approve, and connects you to licensed professionals for work that requires a license.
Finangel provides information and software tools, not professional advice. We are not your accountant, attorney, tax preparer, or investment adviser, and using Finangel does not create such a relationship. For advice or filings that require a license, we connect you to a vetted professional who serves you directly. Always consult a qualified professional before making significant financial, tax, legal, or investment decisions.
2. Early access
Finangel is in active development. Features described on the site are part of our roadmap and may not all be available yet; what's live today is read-only and human-in-the-loop. We may change, add, or remove features over time.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and using Finangel for lawful purposes in the United States.
4. You stay in control
- Access to your connected accounts is read-only by default.
- We do not move money or take binding action without your explicit approval.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials secure.
5. Founding membership & billing
- Founding Membership is offered at $199 per year. Your founding rate stays fixed for as long as your membership remains active; standard pricing may be higher.
- Membership renews annually unless you cancel. You can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current term.
- 30-day money-back guarantee: if you're not satisfied within 30 days of your initial payment, contact us for a full refund.
- Payments are processed by Stripe; by paying you also agree to Stripe's terms.
6. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service — no unlawful use, no attempts to breach security, and no use of the platform to harm others.
7. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee any particular financial outcome, savings, or result.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Finangel and Next Level Management Advisors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Privacy
Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; we'll revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
