Finangel ("Finangel," "we," "us"), operated by Next Level Management Advisors, provides a financial-as-a-service platform — the "Financial Angel." This policy explains what we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. Your financial data is sensitive, and we treat it that way.
Information you give us
- Profile intake: your name, email, phone, the entities you operate, the tools you use, your goals, and anything you tell us about your situation.
- Payment: if you join as a member, our payment processor (Stripe) collects your payment details. We do not store full card numbers.
- Communications: messages you send us.
Information collected automatically
- Basic technical data when you submit a form or use the site — IP address, browser/user-agent, and timestamps — used for security and abuse prevention.
Financial account data
If and when you choose to connect a bank, accounting, or other financial account, we access it on a read-only basis to build and maintain your financial picture. We do not move money or take action without your explicit approval.
How we use your information
- To build your profile and provide the service — surfacing findings, drafting plans, and doing the back-office work you ask for.
- To communicate with you about your profile, membership, and the product.
- To secure the service and prevent fraud and abuse.
- To improve the product. Where we learn general, non-identifying patterns, we do so in a privacy-preserving way — your raw data is not shared.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only:
- With service providers who help us operate (e.g. payment processing, hosting, email delivery), under confidentiality obligations.
- With licensed professionals (CPAs, attorneys, advisors) only when you direct us to, to complete work that requires a license.
- When required by law, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
How we protect it
We apply safeguards appropriate to financial data — encryption in transit and at rest, least-privilege access, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure, but we hold this data to a high standard.
Retention and deletion
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. You can request that we delete your data at any time by emailing hello@finangel.nlma.io.
Your choices and rights
- Access, correct, or delete your information.
- Withdraw consent or opt out of non-essential communications.
- Disconnect any linked account at any time.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the CCPA/CPRA or GDPR. Contact us to exercise them.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses minimal cookies necessary to function. We do not use it for third-party advertising.
Children
Finangel is for adults (18+) and is not directed to children.
Changes
We may update this policy; we'll revise the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
